Non-Woven Air Filter

The material of media is Polyester fiber and Acetate fiber following ASHRAE 52.1-1992 standards to achieve ASHRAE efficiency of over 65%. Outer frame can be paper or a wide range of metal selection, suitable for air intake or air exhaust filtration. Dimensions can be tailor-made to customer's requirement.

Features:
Non-woven air filters provide maximum air flow, low pressure drop and greater efficiency for dirt arrestance. They are suitable for air intake or air exhaust filtration.

Efficiency:
The media is tested in conformity with AFI (Air Filter Institute). The arrestance value mexceeds 65% and the resistance is under 2.5mm.

Media:
The filter media consists of Polyester fiber, Acetate fiber and Nylon; and is by all-direction needle rolled for making fiber nets, which the fibers are contacted completely to provide higher arrestance and dust holding capacity. Filter can also be made to order with acid-resistant or alkali-resistant specifications for particular uses upon request.  

Outer Frame:
The filters are available in a wide variety of sizes, styles, and thicknesses. The width of the filters is up to 2.9M. They can be framed by Beverage Board, Galvanized Steel, Aluminum or Stainless Steel. Dimensions can be tailor-made to meet customer's requirement or roll sizes.
