Indoor Replaceable Filter Housing
AIRREX develops latest HEPA housing made by anodized extruded aluminum to substitute traditional heavy and expensive metallic surface trim housing. It can reduce user¡¯s operation cost. HEPA housings are for ceiling grid at clean room use or T grid use. Filter can be easily to replace or install at clean room. Base on classes of clean room to choose HEPA or ULPA filters. Compare with module type HEPA filters, end user is not necessary to replace entire box, but only need to replace new HEPA/ULPA; investment cost could be reduced a lot.

Efficiency: According to European Standard EN1822, by testing the particle concentration of upstream & downstream area, efficiency is from 99.99% to 99.999% @0.3 micron (H13-14) size particles HEPA filter; and 99.999% - 99.999999% @ 0.1-0.2 micron (U15-U17) size particles ULPA filter. Media: HEPA media is made from ultra fine glass fiber formed with high density papers.Each pleat is spaced by hotmelt adhesive to allow air flow through the filter with minmum resistance Housing Material: Anodized Extruded Aluminum.
